They are searching for a Home Stager/Interior Stylist in the Eastside, Seattle, and Surrounding Areas, offering a competitive compensation rate between $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time role intended for creative, high energy professionals in staging or interior designing who possess a knack for transforming spaces into beautifully curated, luxury, market-ready homes.

They are interested in individuals who love design, furniture, styling, and witnessing a vision turnover into reality. Those considered for the role should be confident in stepping into projects, helping to create stunning interiors that attract potential buyers.

The organization is a fast-paced luxury home staging company based in Kirkland and takes pride in serving the Eastside and Greater Seattle area. Their area of expertise lies in creating elevated, cohesive spaces that help homes stand out in the market. They are now experiencing growth and wish to enroll designers passionate about staging into their creative, collaborative work environment.

This role suits a person who enjoys hands-on work and prefers active work days over desk-bound jobs. It is not a desk job, as it involves planning staging projects in a warehouse, installing, and styling homes in the field.

The company requires that applicants have prior staging or interior design experience as minimal training is provided. As such, candidates must be comfortable with designing and staging independently while collaborating with their team.

From a creative standpoint, designers are expected to contribute to the creative direction of each staging project. Responsibilities would include previewing homes, walking properties with the team, discussing design direction, measuring rooms, and planning furniture layouts before staging day. Designers who embrace both the creative and hands-on aspects of design can expect to enjoy the rewarding result of transforming space into beautiful, photo-ready homes.

Perks of this position include a 30-day trial period to ensure mutual compatibility, eligibility for paid holidays after onboarding and mileage reimbursement.

The job entails a demanding schedule with varying hours depending on staging projects amounting to 30-50 hours weekly. It is an interactive role that requires designers to take the lead in selecting art, accessories, pillows, bedding, lamps, and décor items for staging projects, as well as organizing and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse, collaborating with team members to achieve staging goals and communicating professionally with clients.

They seek candidates with a minimum of a year’s experience in home staging or interior design with a preference towards those with an interior design education. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, high energy with a strong work ethic, excellent communication, team-oriented, punctual, and reliable. Fluency in English, reliable transportation, and physical fitness are a must. Comfort and proficiency in using Google Drive, email, and mobile devices for schedules, inventory, and team communication would be advantageous.

When applying, please include a resume highlighting your staging or interior experience and a cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for the company. Additionally, please share a few fun facts about yourself.
