The largest luxury real estate home staging, design, and marketing firm in Las Vegas is seeking a motivated and creative Staging Project Assistant. The company delivers top-notch staging and interior marketing services that outperform the market’s average in facilitating faster property sales.
Their upcoming Staging Project Assistant will assist the staging and design team as they prepare homes for sale. This role provides an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in home staging and interior design. The Assistant will collaborate closely with company designers, contributing significantly to the overall aesthetics of their projects, and assist with staging installations.
The Assistant’s responsibilities will include maintaining a polished, professional appearance. They will assist in both staging and de-staging homes. This will include tasks such as furniture placement and decorating arrangements. The Assistant will also help organize and manage the inventory of furniture, accessories, and decor within the warehouse.
Their role will support the team in sourcing, selecting, and preparing staging materials. They are expected to participate in client consultations and on-site visits. Additionally, they will assist in packing, unpacking, and moving furniture and decor items.
The Assistant will also help create social media content by taking before-and-after photos of the staging process. They may be requested to perform other administrative and hands-on duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate would showcase passion for home staging and design. They would have hands-on experience in the home staging and interior design industry or have recently completed a related program. A keen eye for detail and aesthetics are crucial. The ability to lift and move furniture is a necessary requirement. The candidate must possess reliable transportation to the job sites and be an excellent communicator and team player.
The Assistant must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative. The individual must be outgoing, professional, organized, and reliable. Skills in effective time management and problem-solving are crucial along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The role requires the individual to be creative and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment. The candidate must be able to follow directions and company procedures and possess a valid driver’s license.
Hours will be from 9 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday, requiring 32-40 hours a week. The office is in Southwest Las Vegas but weekend work is not required.
