Elite Home Staging, a prominent luxury home staging company located in Oakland Park, FL, is looking for an Operations & Administrative Coordinator. They need someone very organised and detail-oriented to support their staging operations. The role involves supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth functioning of the company’s daily operations. The individual in this role will have to coordinate projects, maintain organised records, and assist with staging logistics and sales support activities.

In terms of operations and team coordination, the role entails a variety of tasks. These include managing job postings and applications, as well as interview scheduling. The role also includes handling documentation for new joiners, ensuring they understand company guidelines, and coordinating for role-specific training. The role requires maintaining contractor records and company property records. The role also involves supporting interdepartmental communication, team recognition efforts, updating employee handbooks, follow-up training, tracking PTO requests, and conducting exit procedures.
As for administrative support, tasks include managing and organising staging photos, maintaining project documentation on Dropbox, and handling social media content. The role also requires monitoring and maintaining the company’s Google Business profile and coordinating appointments with clients. Further tasks include preparing redesign photos and managing documentation for project updates, inventory movements, and event planning.
Sales and marketing support is also a critical part of this role with tasks such as tracking DocuSign agreements, coordinating catering for meetings, maintaining contact lists, updating the CRM system, assisting with marketing materials, and responding to incoming sales enquiries. The role also requires engagement with leads via social media platforms and routing these leads to the sales team.
The ideal candidate for this role would be someone with strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM systems, Dropbox, Google Workspace, and DocuSign is a must, as is being proactive and having a solutions-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in administrative roles, sales or operational workflows could prove beneficial. Experience in real estate, design, staging or logistics environments is a bonus.
The annual pay for this role is projected between $45,000 and $55,000. The benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off. This role requires in-person attendance.
