They are looking for individuals interested in the field of interior design, home staging, or event planning. Being able to lift and move décor pieces and light furniture is a necessity for the role, as is having reliable transportation to travel to properties within Nashville and its surrounding regions. Potential candidates should be proficient in Canva and Google systems such as mail, docs, sheets, calendar. Meanwhile, familiarity with CAD or design rendering software would be a bonus. Applicants are expected to use their personal vehicles for transportation (preferably an SUV) and be available to work from 8-5pm, Monday to Friday.
The chosen candidate’s duties will span installing and styling staged homes, loading and unloading staging inventory for installations and removals, preparing and organizing inventory in the warehouse, assisting with staging plans and creation of purchase orders. They will have to keep the staging inventory and accessories organized via Sortly. Efficient teamwork during install days and being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be critical.
The hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $28.00 and the work schedule is flexible.
During application, the candidate will be inquired about their comfort level with physical work such as lifting furniture, loading décor, and working on install teams as part of their everyday duties. Their availability to work on weekday installations that may commence as early as 8am and occasionally require travelling to homes around Nashville will also be questioned. Applicants are also advised to include images of design work, styling projects, personal home if styled/curated, or creative projects with their application.
For this role, English proficiency is required and the ability to commute to Nashville, TN 37211 is mandatory. Work will be conducted in person.
