They are on the lookout for a new addition to their team, a Staging Project Manager who is skilled in managing home staging projects from contract to completion. The role demands ensuring clients receive an outstanding experience while managing scheduling, communication, and logistics.

The chosen candidate gets to work with a team of Project Managers, in cooperation with their warehouse, logistics, and operations teams, to make each project a reality.

They are expected to be the main person of contact for the staging clients, introducing themselves to new clients after quotes and contracts are sent. They are responsible for confirming the receipt of quotes and staging contracts, answering questions about staging packages and services, and providing guidance throughout the staging process.

Moreover, the role includes guiding the clientele in fulfilling staging contracts, communicating on how installation dates are sealed, monitoring requested install timelines, and scheduling staging installations when contracts are enforced.

The role is also expected to take charge of staging projects from contract through installation and coordinating the details among internal teams such as the warehouse, logistics, operations, and designers. They are responsible for keeping accurate project records and timelines.

Project planning and walkthroughs are another important aspect of the role. The manager schedules walkthroughs when clients need help deciding on which staging package to choose and which rooms should be staged. They are expected to provide professional advice based on property layout and market appeal.

Another critical aspect of the position includes client follow-ups every two to three business days if contracts are still unsigned. The communication is supposed to use a combination of phone, email, and text areas, maintaining a helpful and professional approach.

Overseeing installation includes confirming installation details with clients, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and securing that projects progress smoothly through installation and completion.

The perfect candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy balancing client relationships, logistics, and project coordination. They should be a person who is highly organized, communicates clearly and confidently, enjoys working with people, and can manage several projects at the same time. It’s important for them to take ownership of projects and the client experience.

For qualifications, strong organizational and project management skills are required. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, being comfortable with phone, email, and text communication, and being proficient with Google Workspace or similar tools.

Preference is given to experience in home staging, interior design, real estate, or project management. Familiarity with the home listing process and experience working with Realtors, builders, or investors is also preferred.
