The Staging Assistant will be responsible for supporting the team with various tasks. These tasks include packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading. Moreover, this role also involves on-site staging duties. The nature of this work is hands-on and requires physical stamina, a keen attention to detail, along with a positive attitude.
The successful candidate will have a range of responsibilities. These include packing and unpacking the staging inventory such as furniture, décor, artwork, and accessories. Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently compose another significant part of this job. The candidate will also assist with furniture placement and styling on-site, maintain the organization of inventory and warehouse, and follow staging plans under the direction of the lead stager. Other responsibilities include performing various on-site duties as assigned ensuring homes are left clean and are presentation-ready.
To qualify for this position, the candidate should be capable of lifting and moving furniture weighing more than 50 lbs. A strong work ethic and punctuality, a positive attitude, and a team-player mindset are also required. Apart from these, a flexible schedule, a willingness to work at different job sites, and reliable transportation are also necessary for this profile. Prior experience in staging, moving, warehouse, or home services is considered a plus, but it is not a strict requirement.
