The job position is for a Staging Assistant. The hiring company is a dynamic home staging firm which specializes in preparing properties for sale. They create visually appealing spaces that lure in potential buyers and boost property value.

They are currently looking for a reliable and hard-working Staging Assistant. The main role of this individual will be to support the team with packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading. They will also be involved in on-site staging tasks. The role is hands-on and as such, it requires physical strength, meticulousness and a positive outlook.

Their responsibilities will include packing and unpacking of staging inventory that consist of furniture, décor, artwork, and accessories. They will also be expected to efficiently and safely load and unload trucks. Other duties will involve assisting with furniture placement and styling on site, as well as maintaining the organization of the inventory and warehouse.

The Staging Assistant will have to abide by staging plans and directives from the lead stager. They’ll also execute various on-site tasks as assigned along with ensuring homes are left tidy and ready for presentation.

Qualifications required for the job are the capacity to lift and move furniture that are more than 50 lbs in weight. They should have a strong work ethic, be punctual, maintain a positive attitude and should be a team player. Their schedule should be flexible and they should show willingness to work at different job sites. They must have reliable transportation. Experience in staging, moving, warehouse or home services is an added advantage, though not a necessity.

The role is best suited for anyone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and professional who has a sense of pride in their work. It is a perfect fit for those who enjoy physical work, creative environments and the transformation of homes.

The job is part-time with an hourly wage starting from $15.15. The number of expected hours is 20 or more per week. The work location will be in person.
