They are seeking a Staging Sales Professional who is results-driven and ready to boost revenue growth for a luxury home staging division. This role is ideally suited for a confident closer who understands the importance of staging in the luxury real estate market and excels at the transformation of potential leads into booked staging projects. The task is to manage the sales process for luxury staging from the initial inquiry to contract execution.

Building solid relationships with top-producing real estate agents, developers, and builders will be critical in order to drive frequent and referral business. The responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle for luxury home staging projects, converting inbound staging inquiries into consultative calls, site visits, and pricing presentations. Likewise, presenting staging solutions that position homes for speeding up sales and enhancing perceived value in the luxury market is part of the tasks.

The role involves closing staging contracts confidently, procuring repeat business and generating new staging opportunities through outbound prospecting and strengthening relationships with real estate agents, developers, and builders. Attending open houses, broker events, and industry functions to promote staging services and fostering long-term partnerships for recurring staging engagements are also on the to-do list.

The necessity for assessing properties is to gauge staging scope, budget, timeline and revealing the target buyer profile. Recommending appropriate staging packages based on property size, market positioning and sales goals is expected. The position also implies collaborating with internal staging and operational teams to ensure accurate scopes and a smooth project execution.

The prospective hire will serve as a professional ambassador of the brand in all staging-related client interactions and should strive to maintain the company’s reputation for luxury presentation, professionalism and reliability.

The requirements for this position include having over 3 years of experience in home staging sales, luxury real estate sales, or a related luxury service. Candidates should have a strong understanding of how staging impacts marketability, days on the market, and buyer perception. Experience with luxury properties within the $5M+ range is strongly preferred.

The candidate should be self-motivated, results-oriented, possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, be highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven sales environment.
