The role being offered is for a Home Staging Stylist. The main duties of this role involve client interactions, making home staging recommendations, leading staging projects, inventory management, and overseeing the quality of stagings. The employee will also be entrusted with the task of rectifying any stagings done incorrectly by others.

Their duties as a Staging Curator include choosing the furniture for home staging jobs, usually done through photographs and videos without the necessity of an in-person visit. They will need to inspect staged properties, provide instructions for corrections, and ensure the quality of the site. They will also be responsible for creating design plans for customers and coordinating with other stylists. The job necessitates planning for complicated stagings, creating home staging transfer plans, and documenting job sites.

As a furniture mover, the employee will need to handle and arrange furniture for staging. They will need familiarity with minor furniture repairs, and also be responsible for shopping for new furniture as and when required.

Another aspect of this job involves ensuring design quality control. This includes reviewing the quality of all jobs, handling customer complaints, and making outgoing calls to new clients. The employee also has to resolve issues before the stagings leave the warehouse, pack fragile items for transport, and provide training to team members.

Design Administrative work is also part of this job role. This requires the worker to review future staging jobs, make outgoing calls to clients, and assist admin teams with quoting design work.

The needed skills for this role include a strong understanding of interior design principles such as color theory, lighting design, remodeling techniques, and renovation processes. They would also need to be able to handle furniture and have excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
