They are currently in search for a competent Operations & Quality Manager who can effectively manage their day-to-day operations and ensure flawless execution across all projects. The potential recruit will handle daily operations, manage logistics, coordinate with the warehouse, and carry out post-sales client execution. They would want you to act as the conductor of the business, and guarantee that all moving parts, from scheduling and logistics to team coordination and quality control, run smoothly.

The key responsibilities of the role include daily operations management across staging, de-staging, logistics, and warehouse. Ensuring that the team leaves timely and carries out project execution efficiently. Scheduling and coordinating all projects while confirming their timely and efficient execution. The Operations & Quality Manager will be actively involved in client relations, office management (Post-Sales). They will also manage after-sales operations including scheduling and coordination with clients.
The candidate should have 4–7 years of experience in operations, logistics, project coordination or similar roles. Experience in real estate, staging, interior design, construction, or home services would be strongly preferred. They should also possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The payment range is $28.00 – $31.00 per hour and the benefits include a 401(k) matching. The workplace will be in person.
