They are on the lookout for a Sales Dynamo who has a fervor for home design to join their team in the position of a Home Stylist which is sales driven. The main embodiment of the role will be to sell the importance of home staging to realtors and owners of homes all over Los Angeles. However, actual physical staging of the homes is not part of the role.
This position is completely commission-based. You will have the privilege to manage your own schedule. Creating and nurturing client relationships, finalizing deals, and enhancing revenue will be your major focus. Although you will be working in tandem with the staging team, your primary accountability will be sales, client acquisition, and expanding your client base.
The perfect candidate will have a solid background in sales complimented with an ability for design. They should be competent enough to confidently articulate how staging metamorphoses a property and escalates its market appeal.
This is a full-time job position. The base pay ranges between $35.00 – $55.00 per hour. The benefits attached to this position are a 401(k) provision, 401(k) matching, and a flexible schedule. The work location is in person.
