As the Business Development & Client Experience Manager, you’ll be the primary driver of new business. Your tasks include nurturing relationships and ensuring that every client experiences a fulfilling journey with Linden Creek, starting from their initial conversation right until the final installation. This position provides a unique mixture of sales, design, and service. You’ll represent Linden Creek and be the main impression of the brand for many clients and partners.
As part of your responsibilities, you’ll need to establish and nurture relationships with real estate agents, builders, developers, and past clients. You’ll actively seek new business opportunities and transform leads into booked design and staging projects. You’ll represent the Linden Creek brand with professionalism, warmth, and confidence, and guide clients through the onboarding process for a seamless, elevated experience. You’ll work closely with the design team to coordinate client expectations and project scope and follow up consistently to maintain long-term relationships and repeat business.
