The company is seeking a Home Stager to join their team. This role involves the use of creativity and an eye for design to transform spaces into appealing, market-ready homes. The role involves selecting and arranging furniture, decor, and accessories in a manner that showcases the unique features of each property. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to aid clients in selling their homes swiftly and at a profitable rate. The responsibilities would consist of developing engaging staging concepts that increase the appeal of properties, deciding on and setting up furniture, artwork, lighting, and accessories to create attractive environments. This role also encompasses coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors for the punctual delivery of furniture and decor items. Regular site visits to assess spaces and measure rooms are also part of the tasks to be executed.
In this role, the individual will also source furniture and accessories with the team that fit the unique design style of the company. In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate would have proven experience in interior design or home staging, with a robust portfolio demonstrating previous work.
Strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, attention to detail, and a spirited enthusiasm for space transformation are necessary. A degree in design, art, or similar disciplines is encouraged but not compulsory.
