CBPM, managing 32 properties in the Cannon Beach area, is currently seeking new team members for their staging and cleaning department. The position requires an individual ready to work any day of the week. Additionally, employees are compensated for mileage and offered paid sick leave, with a flexible work schedule suited to their needs. The working hours are primarily between 10:45 am and 4 pm.

An ideal candidate for this role would be a self-starting individual with an innate affinity for organization and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities of the role include prepping homes for the arrival of guests and owners, often in a team environment. CBPM provides all necessary tools for fulfilling job duties, but candidates must possess a car and a valid driver’s license.

This is a part-time job that offers an hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.00. There are added benefits, such as a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and a referral program. The work location for this position is strictly in person.
