First Home Staging is a company offering full-service home staging in Orange County since 2016. This firm is in search of an experienced home stager to join their workforce, a person who possesses strong work ethics, collaborates well with the team, and has a fondness for design. The work timings are flexible, usually between Monday to Friday.

The chosen candidate would be in charge of going through houses to implement a staging plan. They are expected to be present at the job site or company warehouse to guide the movers. Responsibilities also include packing and unpacking home decorations and arranging for the removal of staging for empty and occupied homes. This position demands the creation of content for social media, collaborating on redesign projects, and cooperation with colleagues to coordinate, design and realize both vacant and occupied staging projects, from cost estimation to implementation. There may also be other tasks assigned as needed.

Necessary skills for this job include an aesthetic sense for design, organization and meticulous attention to detail. It’s essential to be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs. They require a proficient understanding of computers, especially Google Docs, Excel and Word. A valid driving license is necessary, as is dependable transportation and readiness to travel to job sites throughout Orange County. The role necessitates the ability to multi-task effectively and think quickly. Clever problem-solving skills in relation to staging projects and client situations is a plus.

This is a part-time role with pay ranging from $20.00 – $25.00 per hour. There is a flexible schedule as part of the benefits. The work location is in person.
