The company is in search of a dynamic, detail-oriented Professional Home Stager and Logistics Pro. This individual will excel in elevating property presentations while streamlining logistical operations. It is a dual-role position requiring a blend of creative expertise and robust logistics skills. The successful candidate will ensure the seamless coordination of materials, furniture, and inventory with an energetic approach to transform spaces into captivating homes. They will be instrumental in optimizing supply chain processes, inventory control and transportation workflow. This role joins the artistry of staging with operational excellence, contributing significantly to property sales and client satisfaction.

The role involves collaboration with clients, real estate agents, and design teams. The stager will develop compelling staging concepts that showcase each property’s unique features. They will handle procurement, sourcing, and purchasing of furniture, decor, and accessories needed for the staging projects.

The job also involves close management of inventory, including tracking stock levels, organizing storage spaces, and ensuring the timely replenishment of materials. The candidate will handle transportation planning and logistics for delivering and picking up of staging items. They will coordinate with the current staging team, movers, management companies and brokers.

Part of the role includes implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency in materials handling. Regular inventory audits, demand planning and pricing analysis is required to maintain accurate stock levels and control costs. The chosen candidate will supervise warehouse activities including picking & packing, dispatching, and managing materials.

The company is primarily looking for someone with staging experience. Training is limited due to the busy season. A driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required. Experience in warehouse management and logistics coordination is preferred. Data analysis skills to interpret supply chain metrics and identify areas for process improvement are appreciated. The ideal candidate needs to be able to use design software for data input and proposal writing. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are key to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality. Effective communication skill is also important to coordinate with teams including vendors, carriers, clients, and internal staff.
