A home staging installer with prior experience and dependability is being sought for a growing team. It should be noted that this is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate must possess experience in home staging and moving, with proven reliability and the capacity to function efficiently in a brisk and deadline-oriented environment.
In this position, the individual will be tasked with tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, spearheading installations, directing the on-site crew, and working closely with the designer for the accurate and timely completion of each project. In addition to these, they will also manage removals, ensure safe transport of furniture back to the warehouse or to the next project.
There are specific requirements the candidate must meet. A minimum of two years of home staging and moving experience is required, coupled with a clean driving record and at least two years spent driving moving trucks. The candidate must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively under time pressure. They must have proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
Moreover, they must have a strong knowledge of furniture installation, placement, and logistics. English fluency is a prerequisite and being bilingual is preferred. She/he must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow directions precisely. The candidate must also have dependable personal transportation to and from the warehouse.
In terms of schedule and growth, both part-time and full-time options are available and some weekends are required. There are opportunities for advancement and leadership for the right candidate.

Work history requirements include two years of staging experience and one year of moving experience. A required license or certification is a California Drivers License. The applicant also must be able to commute to Union City, CA 94587. The work location will be in person.
