Key duties involve managing the des-staging process, which includes packing up decoration items from previously staged homes. They’ll also be charged with the responsibility of organizing and returning furniture, pillows, and accessories back to the storage units. The Assistant is also expected to support designers during staging installations, which could entail tasks such as setting up, styling, and garment steaming. One more task will be ensuring the organization and cleanliness of inventory and storage spaces.

The new recruit will have multiple opportunities to take up design responsibilities over time. Progress is contingent on performance and readiness, offering an avenue for fast-tracking to a Lead Designer role.

Desired qualifications for the role include a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and natural interest in home staging and design. The candidate must show strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented and be able to lift and move décor and light furniture. For those with ample experience in home staging, there’s a chance to join the team directly in a Designer role. Financial compensation for the role depends on experience and will be a subject of discussion during the interview process. The expected hourly pay range is $18.00 – $25.00.
