More Décor is an interior design and home staging company that operates in Western Washington. They work across the region from Olympia to Edmonds and across Eastside. The company stages around four to five homes every week and takes pride in creating spaces that feel planned, high-end, and ready for the market.
They are in need of a motivated individual to join their staging team. This role is entry-level but has the potential for growth into all facets of home staging and design execution. An ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys hands-on work, possesses an eye for design, and thrives in a team environment where effort and problem-solving are appreciated.
Their duties include preparing inventory for staging projects and installing staging items such as furniture, art, lighting, and décor in homes, both occupied and vacant. They will work on final placements and styling, and assist in unstaging homes and returning inventory to the warehouse. This role involves working at many locations across Western Washington, collaborating with team members to execute staging plans efficiently and thoughtfully.
They are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic and a positive team-oriented attitude, who shows an interest in interior design, home styling, or real estate. The candidate should comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced environment and be reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
They require their candidate to possess a valid driver’s license and feel confident driving a company van. They should also be able to lift bins and boxes of décor as this role is physical. Availability is expected during standard weekday working hours with full-day commitments on staging days.
This role is unique in that the candidate will work with a collaborative, design-oriented team and experience a wide range of homes and styles across the Western Washington. The pay rate is between $20.00 – $21.50 per hour. During the application process, candidates will be asked questions regarding their comfort level with physical work, driving, reliability in consistent attendance, and their interest in home staging or interior design. The job location is in-person.
