The Lead Stager will also be expected to build and maintain robust relationships with real estate agents for promoting the business and fostering growth. Additionally, they will have the task of preparing and sending invoices, managing client correspondence, and leading the design and execution of staging strategies.
Furthermore, they will be required to organize and arrange furniture, decor, and accessories, and lead teams during the staging and de-staging process. Safe operation of the company’s sprinter van for transporting staging items is an additional duty, along with maintaining and organizing inventory in the storage unit. They will also be tasked with decorating the office warehouse for special events.
As part of the qualifications, the applicant should have previous experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field. They should have a strong design sense, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to lift and move furniture. Additionally, they should be a self-starter with a reliable mode of transportation and a flexible schedule.
