The company is in search of a vibrant and motivated Operations Supervisor who can lead the daily staging and warehouse operations, support the team, and guarantee a superior customer experience. This person will be responsible for overseeing team management, controlling inventory, developing sales strategies, and handling administrative functions to drive operational success. They are looking for an individual who can use their spirited leadership style to create a positive work atmosphere, encourage teamwork, and uphold operational excellence. The chosen Operations Supervisor will support the daily operational and warehouse activities that include sales, customer service, inventory management, and invoicing to maintain smooth operations. They will be required to lead, energize and develop team members via effective training, coaching, and performance management processes. They are expected to manage inventory control processes such as warehouse organization and re-shelving, stocking, merchandising, pricing, and purchasing to ensure optimal product availability and presentation. They should be able to implement strategies to boost sales and client retention, in addition to making sure company policies, health and safety standards, and POS system procedures are complied with.

The company requires proven supervisory experience in client-focused environments and strong leadership skills. The candidate should have demonstrated expertise in math, sales management, merchandising, and inventory control. They need to be highly organized and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting, possess knowledge of management best practices, and demonstrate the ability to lead by example with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. This position is for proactive leaders who thrive on teamwork and operational excellence and are ready to make a difference every day.

The Salary ranges between $18.00 – $30.00 per hour. Benefits provided include an employee discount. The work location is in-person.
