Participation in planning meetings for continuous improvement of design processes is expected. It is crucial for the person hired to maintain design standards and quality across all their projects.
The qualifications they seek include a background in interior design, interior architecture, or a related field. Hands-on experience in home staging, design, or similar visual merchandising roles is necessary.
The individual must be equipped with a strong aesthetic sensibility and have an understanding of current design trends.
They should be capable of lifting and moving furniture (though assistance will be provided), and be comfortable with frequent travel to different job sites within the area.
Being reliable, communicative, and team-focused is also imperative.
Preferred qualifications include previous experience working with home staging or real estate teams. Familiarity with inventory management and basic furniture logistics would be a plus. They would appreciate if the individual has a portfolio or samples of design work to show.
