A family-owned home staging company is looking for a reliable, energetic, and hands-on team member to join their growing team. They need someone who can work closely with their staging supervisors and who is driven to learn, grow, and take pride in their work. The role can be physically demanding and quick-paced but offers a blend of creativity and activity.
Some responsibilities include experiencing numerous aspects of the staging process, from design details such as hanging art and placing décor, to more physical tasks like loading and unloading furniture and accessories. Each day will present a different set of tasks, keeping the work varied, engaging, and rewarding.
The potential employee would need to drive a box truck to and from job sites. Loading and unloading furniture, artwork, and décor, which could often weigh more than 50 pounds, would be a part of their daily tasks. They would assist with staging installations and pickups and work closely with the Staging Supervisor on-site and in the warehouse.
The ideal candidate is someone physically capable and comfortable with lifting and moving furniture, a communicative team player who can follow instructions well. They should be eager to learn and grow with the company, a creative problem-solver capable of making good decisions quickly. They also need to be dependable, professional, positive, and flexible, ready to work long and various hours.
The company stages homes throughout the 680 corridor and Highway 24, so local familiarity would be an advantage. Working with this company offers an opportunity to be part of a close-knit team that values hard work, creativity, and great people. It’s a growing company looking for someone who wants to develop with them and be part of something unique.
The role is a full-time position with pay ranging from $20 to $23 per hour. It’s anticipated that the role will require 30 to 40 hours per week. Benefits include dental and health insurance, plus paid time off. The work location is in-person.
For those interested, they can send their resumes and a brief note about why they would be a great fit to jobs@welcomehomefurniture.com. The company aims to fill the position soon and looks forward to meeting potential candidates.
