The company is looking for a Staging Assistant. This role is integral in delivering each project successfully by ensuring inventory is prepared correctly, installations run smoothly, and homes meet the Decorus standard. Responsibilities of the position include preparing and packing inventory based on room assignments and plans, maintaining organization of assets including decor, art, pillows, and more, preparing staging kits, and assisting with onsite staging support. Other essential tasks include ensuring that homes are clean, polished, and capture pre/post staging documentation.
Required for the role are the ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs consistently, remain on your feet for extended periods, and a readiness to perform physical work daily. Candidates must be detail-oriented, have an ability to follow detailed instructions and processes, and take pride in producing high-quality work. They must have a positive team-first attitude and should be reliable, punctual, and be able to thrive in a dynamic, high-standard environment.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory for potential candidates. They should also be comfortable assisting with loading and transporting staging materials and must be authorized to work in the United States.

The job will be located in Woodinville, WA — catering to Seattle and the Eastside luxury market and will follow a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule. The role requires regular warehouse work, installations, and fieldwork. Most days will begin at the warehouse at 8:00 AM, where the team prepares and loads for scheduled projects.
