Decorus Home Staging is a reputable luxury staging and design firm that serves builders, developers, and real estate agents across Seattle and the Eastside. The company specializes in transforming homes into marketing assets, elevating brand positioning, accelerating successful sales and is best known for its curated design approach, distinctive reserve inventory, and custom art studio. They are on the lookout for a Senior Designer who has substantial experience in luxury staging, interior design, or FF&E and can step in immediately to take responsibility for projects, executing them at a premium level from day one.

The Senior Designer should be capable of walking through a home and reading its architecture, building a design plan according to that vision and executing that vision through sourcing, pulling, and installing the elements. The role requires someone who is not only creative but can execute through systems, timelines, and team coordination.

The role requires conducting pre-staging walkthroughs, building clear and elevated staging plans and ensuring every home reflects Decorus’ signature level of quality and intention. It also involves Staging execution, Project Leadership, Team Collaboration, Communication and Warehouse, and Inventory Responsibility. The senior designer must work closely with the logistics team for seamless installs and communicate clearly using the required systems. Moreover, maintaining the organization of staging materials, assisting with inventory tracking is also part of the job.

To meet the requirements of the role, previous experience in home staging, interior design, or FF&E, strong understanding of layout, scale, and buyer psychology and ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping details are mandatory.

This role is full-time based in Woodinville, WA and serves the Seattle and Eastside luxury market. The role includes an attractive salary, medical, dental, and vision benefits, along with paid time off, providing worthwhile work experience on high-end, design-forward projects.
