A rapidly expanding home staging company is looking for a passionate, organised team member with a love for design. The role of Inventory & Interior Design Coordinator is ideal for someone with a keen eye for design who enjoys working in a dynamic, creative environment.

The coordinator is responsible for managing and organising the staging inventory which includes furniture, decor, artwork, and accessories. They have to keep track of inventory movements between the warehouse and job sites.

Part of their role involves assisting with staging designs and planning space for homes and listings. They prepare and select items for upcoming stagings and installations and are expected to help maintain an organised, visually appealing warehouse.

Working with the staging and operations team, they ensure smooth installations and pickups. Occasionally, they may be required to assist on-site with staging, styling, and de-staging homes.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in interior design, home decor or staging, and is incredibly organised and detail-focused. They need to be comfortable working with inventory systems or tracking spreadsheets and should be able to lift and move decor or furniture, with support from the team.

Being reliable, proactive, and a good team player is essential for this role. Previous experience in staging, interior design, retail, or inventory management is advantageous but not a requirement.

This role is ful-time with a pay scale of $23.26 – $28.01 per hour. Benefits include a 401(k) and 401(k) matching. The work location is in person.
