The Beacon Davenport company is in search of a Real Estate Staging & Design Specialist. This individual will be tasked with the responsibility of transforming properties into assets that are ready for the market. The goal is to attract buyers, generate engagement, and maximize the sale value. The role requires a blend of interior design, project execution, and client collaboration. The successful applicant will deliver high-impact visual experiences that enable success in today’s competitive real estate market.

Key roles include the evaluation and strategy of property. The specialist will assess occupied and vacant properties to identify opportunities that could improve their marketability and perceived value. Staging strategies will be established, tailoring to target buyers, price points, and neighbourhood trends.

Execution of the design is essential. The specialist will choose and source furniture, decor, artwork, and accessories to create a cohesive, trendy environment. Spaces will be staged with strong visual flow, functionality, and buyer appeal. The specialist is expected to make recommendations for paint, lighting, and minor upgrades to enhance the overall presentation.

Collaboration with clients and agents is significant. The specialist will work with homeowners, real estate agents, and internal teams ensuring alignment on staging goals and timelines. Plans for staging will be presented and the specialist will guide clients confidently through design decisions.

Project coordination is a key duty. The specialist will work with contractors, movers, and photographers guaranteeing seamless execution. Overseeing installation days, the specialist will ensure quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Management of logistics and inventory is essential. Staging inventory will be managed, assets tracked, and delivery/pickup schedules coordinated. Organisation across multiple active projects and timelines will be maintained.

Preparation of homes for listing and photography is a task the specialist will execute, ensuring each space is camera-ready. Collaboration will occur with photographers to capture high-performing listing images.

De-staging and turnover is a key aspect, involving coordinating the timely removal of staging items once properties go off market. The specialist will also ensure the inventory is returned and maintained for future use.

Required experience includes home staging, interior design, real estate or a relevant field. A strong design eye understanding buyer psychology and current trends is needed. A clear ability to execute quickly while maintaining quality or consistency and excellent communication and client-facing skills. The specialist must have strong project management and organisational capabilities and comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Multitasking is essential. Familiarity with design tools or software is preferred but not required.
