Looking to hire a Staging Operations & Logistics Specialist, Beacon Davenport is seeking comprehensive management of the physical aspects involved in high-impact home staging, including transport, installation, and resetting of furniture and decor items. This role goes well beyond a simple delivery job, it’s a hands-on position that plays a key influence on property presentation, photography, and sales.

They have to pull staging items from warehouse inventory accurately following design plans. Preparation of trucks for efficient loading, and protection of inventory is part of their responsibilities. Before departures, the specialist will have to verify all items to ensure complete and accurate deliveries.

Their tasks involve operating a box truck to safely transport staging inventory to residential properties. They are expected to load, unload, install furniture and decor with care and efficiency. Product placement, spacing, and details are crucial there. Adjustments may be needed on-site to ensure high standards of presentation.

Coordination with the staging designers and team members to bring the staging plans to life would be expected from them. They need to be aware of timelines and complete installs according to schedule. Communication with agents, homeowners, or property managers during installs must be clear.

Interactions with inventory like tracking movement, maintaining its conditions across installs, and de-stages. Reporting damages, shortages, or inconsistencies immediately is crucial. They also need to preserve and maintain staging assets for longer usage.

In the warehouse, the specialist will be returning, unloading, and properly storing inventory after de-staging. They’ll need to maintain a clean, neat, and efficient warehouse environment and assist with inventory organization and optimization.

What is expected from the candidates are a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, experience operating a box truck, and strong physical capability. Strong attention to detail, the capability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills are vital.

Preferred experience includes a background in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, warehouse operations, home staging, interior design, or real estate environments. Also, experience with inventory systems or asset tracking is desired.
