Art of Living & Design is looking for a seasoned Interior Designer to spearhead and supervise a home staging business. This role is involvement-heavy, merging design acumen, project orchestration, and business management.

The individual would be expected to formulate and implement home staging concepts for residential properties. Not only would they supervise the stages of staging projects from blueprint to installation, but they’d also be tasked with managing inventory, picking furniture and décor, and watching over schedules, logistics, and the preparedness of the property. They would need to keep in constant communication with contractors, vendors, and fellow team members while making sure they satisfy high design standards that are in line with current market trends.

Preferred candidates should have formal training in Interior Design and prior experience in interior design and/or home staging. An exceptional eye for design, space planning, and detail would be advantageous, as would be top-notch organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in project management or business operations will be a bonus, and they should be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of taking initiative.

The pay ranges from $28 to $40 per hour based on experience. The initial 2 or 3 months would be part-time, after which a transition to full-time employment will be considered. The structure of the schedule offers flexibility with room for professional advancement.

The annual pay range will be within $54,000.00 – $75,000.00.

The work location is a remote-hybrid model in Baltimore, MD 21217.
