The Queen of Home Staging, a rapidly expanding local business in the Venice & Sarasota area, is looking for a part-time warehouse/mover worker to join their team. The role involves working from Monday to Thursday, two to four days per week. The ideal candidate is someone reliable, mature, and positive, capable of diligently completing the job requirements.
The position is perfect for those seeking a part-time role with no night or weekend commitments. Their ideal candidate is someone who has experience moving furniture or households. Knowledge of home décor and furniture or room layout is beneficial. They highly value organized, reliable individuals who work well in a team. They are looking for detail-oriented candidates who have a handy side, such as being capable of hanging pictures or assembling furniture. Candidates should be comfortable lifting weights up to 50 pounds.

If appointed, the chosen candidate will play a critical role as a Moving/Warehouse Helper. The role includes assisting with the loading and unloading of goods and guaranteeing a smooth moving/installation process. Important skills include heavy lifting and delivery driving, exceptional teamwork, and experience in warehouse environments and commercial driving.
Responsibilities encompass helping with loading and unloading items during moving/installation activities. This includes driving vehicles, notably box trucks and vans, to transport goods to specified locations safely. Careful handling of all items to avoid damage is paramount. Furthermore, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure an organized and efficient moving/installation service is a key part of the role.
The job is of a part-time nature with an hourly wage between $19.00 and $21.00. The schedule for the role is flexible.
