The Staging Consultant’s primary role would be conducting in-home Walk & Talk Consultations with sellers. This includes providing confident guidance on de-personalizing, decluttering, layout adjustments, and market preparations. The person would recommend strategic updates to enhance a property’s spatial flow and buyer appeal. After each consultation, the hired individual would be expected to deliver an easy-to-follow, step-by-step report or checklist to homeowners. The job role also entails maintaining clear communication with both the listing agent and seller. Additionally, the consultant must manage multiple projects while maintaining a keen attention to detail and ensuring that deadlines are met.
The Staging Consultant would also provide staging and project support which involves collaborating with real estate agents and homeowners during the staging of homes for sale. This includes executing full and partial staging projects that align with EmpowerHome standards. Whenever necessary, the person would be involved in complete home makeovers, staging, and updates for resale. They will ensure every property aligns appropriately with its architectural style and target buyer. The job requires experience in home staging or interior design specifically focusing on enhancing property appeal.
Potentially suitable candidates must have experience conducting Walk & Talk Consultations, with the ability to provide clear actionable advice to homeowners. They should have a robust track record of efficiently managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills are essential for maintaining professional interactions with sellers and real estate agents. The person must also have experience creating detailed, step-by-step reports and checklists for clients after consultations. Candidates having familiarity with the Houston-Baytown-Sugar Land real estate market is beneficial but not a requirement.
