The luxury home staging team in the Portland Metro area is on the lookout for talented Designers and Design Assistants. They are looking for individuals who have an eye for design, a strong work ethic, and a passion for transforming spaces. The firm is a growing high-end home staging company that specializes in creating beautifully curated interiors that help homes stand out and sell.

The Staging Designer’s main role is to design and install thoughtfully curated spaces for both vacant and occupied homes. They are expected to work closely with the Lead Designer in selecting furnishings, artwork, and accessories to improve each property. Their work involves collaborating with the team to create warm, sophisticated, market-ready interiors. A Staging Designer also manages staging projects from concept through installation and is expected to maintain a strong attention to detail, styling, and presentation.

Design Assistants are responsible for supporting lead designers with installations and de-staging. Their duties include styling accessories, artwork, bedding, and finishing details. They also assist in prepping, organizing, and maintaining inventory, and support warehouse and project logistics. Furthermore, they have an opportunity to grow into greater design responsibility over time.

The company is interested in people who are creative, resourceful, and highly organized. They want to hire individuals who are dependable and self-motivated and are capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. It’s important for candidates to be physically capable of lifting, moving, and styling furnishings as required. Although experience in interiors, merchandising, staging, or related fields is preferred, the company is willing to provide training for the right fit.
