The Still Collective is looking to hire a Lead Home Staging Stylist. This hands-on leadership role seeks an individual with direct residential home staging experience and an astute eye for design, scale, editing, and emotional impact.
Working in close conjunction with Lori, the creative leader and founder with Allison, an experienced operational leader, the right candidate will ensure optimal quality, flow, and experience in their staging work. The candidate should be adaptable to style rooms with confidence and restraint, work physically on staging, guide and elevate other stylists and eventually grow into a role involving walkthroughs, prep-to-sell strategy and client-facing responsibilities.
The Lead Home Staging Stylist will also serve as an active leader within the staging team, manage homes with a strong sense of composition, warmth, restraint, and buyer appeal. The person will partner with Lori on creative direction, Allison for everyday field execution, support other stylists and contribute to styling days, resets, packing preparation, and physical components of work.
The ideal candidate should have valid home staging experience. They should display strong visual and spatial judgment and understand how to craft emotionally resonating, market-ready spaces. The candidate should be able to make onsite real-time styling decisions, have a cooperative leadership style, excellent communication skills, enjoy hands-on work and be interested in extending their role into client-facing and prep-to-sell areas.

The employment opportunity is a full-time salaried role with a schedule from Monday to Friday, with a very occasional need for Saturdays. The position is based in San Rafael with work located at the headquarters and project sites.
The job requires the candidate to be physically fit as it entails a significant amount of physical work. Such tasks may include standing for extensive periods of the day, carrying styling bins and smaller items, navigating stairs, moving around homes, shifting accessories and furnishing to achieve a desired look.
The compensation package ranges between $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year with benefits such as 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
