A home staging company is on the lookout for a determined stager who is physically capable of lifting weights between 25 to 50lbs. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, hardworking, a self-starter with a positive attitude, and possess a refined eye for interior design.

The role involves closely collaborating with a team to furnish and accessorize properties intended for sale. Other responsibilities include arranging for the removal of staging from properties and ensuring organization within the warehouse.

While prior experience is beneficial, it’s not a necessity. The company aspires to find the best fit for their team and is open to training the right candidate.

The stager’s duties encompasses choosing a unified set of furniture, accessories, and art from the company’s existing inventory and styling the selected items on-site in a way that enhances the property’s appeal. The candidate will also have to conduct their team during the staging and clearing of properties.

The candidate requirements are fairly straightforward – they need to hold a valid driver’s license and own a working vehicle. The role may be driving intensive, but rest assured, mileage or gas costs will be reimbursed. In terms of physical tasks, the job comprises climbing stairs and ladders, lifting weights ranging from 25 to 50lbs, and hanging art. Impeccable behavior towards the team and clients is mandatory. The candidate should also be open to learning while on the job and receiving constructive criticism.
