Additionally, the team member will write and negotiate offers for sales agents and clients. A minimum of 10 hours per week dedicated to generating leads is required. Regular participation in script practice sessions following team standards is a must, along with participation in team activities.

Commitment to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call is also necessary. Effective task tracking and activity management through PLACE Technology will be a part of the responsibilities.
