They are hiring a Staging Assistant.

This position is for a rapidly growing home staging company that excels at preparing properties for sale. They undertake this by enhancing the spaces with attractive styling that increases the value of each property.

Currently, they are on the lookout for an efficient, reliable, and determined Staging Assistant. The assistant will be responsible for providing support for assorted tasks including packing and unpacking, loading and unloading, as well as on-site staging. This job demands not only physical endurance but also a sharp eye for detail, and a positive mindset.

The Staging Assistant’s main duties require them to handle staging inventory which includes furniture, décor, art pieces, and accessories. Subsequently, they will be tasked with loading and unloading trucks in a safe and effective manner. Furthermore, they will assist in furniture placement and styling at the sites.

In addition to these responsibilities, they will also have to ensure the warehouse and inventory are organised. They will work under the guidance of the lead stager according to the staging plans. The role also entails them to undertake various on-site duties as and when assigned. Finally, they should ensure that the homes are neatly maintained and ready for presentation.

Qualities they seek in potential candidates include the capability to lift and relocate furniture weighing more than 50 lbs. A strong commitment to professional ethics and punctuality is expected. Alongside these, an optimistic attitude, and a team-oriented mindset is essential. The job demands a flexible schedule, and the candidate should be open to working at different job sites. Additionally, they should have reliable means of transportation. Previous experience in staging, moving, warehouse organization or home services, although not a requirement, will be advantageous.
