The company is in search of a hard-working, reliable Staging Assistant, who is prepared to provide hands-on assistance with various tasks. These tasks include packing and unpacking, loading and unloading, and assisting with on-site staging. The key responsibilities of this role stretch from packing and unpacking staging inventory including furniture, décor, artwork, accessories to loading and unloading trucks with efficiency and safety first. The job also involves assisting with furniture arrangement and styling on-site. The Staging Assistant is expected to maintain tidiness of inventory and warehouse, stick to staging plans and follow instruction from lead stager, perform various duties as assigned on-site and ensure homes are left in presentable condition.

The qualifications required for this role include the physical strength to lift and move furniture exceeding 50 lbs, punctuality, a strong work ethic, and a positive team-player mindset. The position demands a flexible schedule and a willingess to work at different job sites. Reliable transportation is a must, while previous experience in staging, moving, warehouse work, or home services is a plus, but not mandatory.
