A Los Angeles-based staging company is in need of an accounting assistant. The individual should have a minimum of two years experience in the Accounting field. The role involves submitting contracts and proposals, undertaking invoicing tasks, and performing data entry tasks.

The prospective employee should have a strong grasp of Google Docs and Smartsheet, along with QuickBooks.

Initially, the position offered will be part-time. However, there is an option for the individual to become a full-time employee within a period of 90 to 120 days. The work schedule spans from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM to 2 PM.

Other than the mentioned expertise, other requirements include a sound knowledge in Smartsheets and Google Docs, familiarity with QuickBooks, and excellent customer service skills. The candidate should be highly organized and must possess a team-player mentality, accompanied by a positive attitude.

The job type is part-time, with an expected total of 25 hours per week. The pay offered is between $26.00 and $28.00 per hour. The location of work is in-person.
