The responsibilities of the position include contributing to the writing and editing of proposals for new clients. The Assistant will also be tasked with managing all forms of communication like emails and calls, and taking on scheduling duties. Running local errands and providing support on site as required forms part of the job too. The assistant will be called to support the management and posting to the company’s social media channels and help to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
The ideal candidate should excel in both written and verbal communication. They should feel comfortable managing numerous tasks and adapting to shifting priorities. An amiable, professional, and proactive demeanor is highly valued. A recent graduate from FIDM or someone with a potent interest in home staging or interior design is particularly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with Instagram, Canva, and Google Workspace is considered a bonus.
