Among the key responsibilities will be the designing and implementing of full and partial home staging projects in both vacant and occupied properties. They will also need to select furniture, art, and accessories from OCYM Staging’s inventory to generate a unified, market-appropriate aesthetic. They will need to direct staging installations, manage space layout, styling, and the final presentation. Designs must be adaptable based on the property’s style, price, geographic demographic, and the client’s objectives.
Maintaining staging quality that aligns with OCYM Staging’s brand identity is a must. The potential employee will also help with inventory organization and selection planning for future projects.
