The company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their executive team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The potential candidate must be highly coordinated, detail-oriented, and show outstanding communication skills.

The responsibilities will include managing executives’ timetables, fixing appointments, and setting-up meetings. The individual will have to coordinate travel arrangements and compile comprehensive itineraries. They will also be tasked with screening and directing phone calls and emails to the appropriate people. They will be expected to arrange reports, presentations, and correspondence. Conducting research and pooling data as needed will also be part of the job role.

Furthermore, they will be asked to assist with special projects and events, and maintain office organization and efficiency. Basic requirements for the role include being proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office and having superior customer service skills with perfect proofreading abilities. It would be desirable for the candidate to have front desk management experience, professional phone etiquette, accuracy in data entry, and general administrative skills. Bonus skills include familiarity with QuickBooks and extremely good organizational skills.

This is a full-time position. The pay rate ranges between $18 and $22 per hour. The company expects the individual to work 40 hours per week.

There is the potential for the job to include benefits such as 401(k). The schedule consists of day shifts, along with the necessity for weekend work as required. The job will be located in-person.
