This job is available in a home staging / interior design company where the warehouse is the core part of their operations. They are eager to have a driven and accomplished driver join their warehouse team.

They want a responsible, experienced driver to become part of their warehouse staff. The individual would be tasked with assisting in maintaining the warehouse’s organization and safely moving furniture to and from staging locations.

Primary duties would include operating their box truck – up to 27 ft, assisting in the loading, transport, and unloading of furniture and décor, and packing and protecting items securely for delivery and staging set-up. The candidate will be expected to collaborate with the design team to implement layouts as planned, drive, and maintain the company’s trucks with optimal safety, and aid in setting up and dismantling staging projects, often under tight deadlines.

They stipulate a minimum of 5 years of experience in the moving industry, a must-have valid commercial driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Applicants should possess their own car, have the ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly, display strong organizational skills, a basic understanding of furniture handling and loading practices, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be punctual, reliable, and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Ideal candidates would have experience in the home staging, moving, or furniture industry. The starting pay is at $25 an hour or more, contingent on experience. The job could be full-time or part-time and pays from $25.00 per hour. A company truck is included in the benefits. The work location is majorly on the road.
