Head of Installs/Field Operations

The company is searching for a Head of Field Operations who will lead their install, staging, and de-staging teams. This person should be a hands-on leader, capable of growing and developing the team as well as ensuring flawless execution of each staging. They will also work intimately with the design team to guarantee high-quality results.

The job entails leading, training, and managing the field team during staging and de-staging operations. They will also lead installs for the company's largest and most complex projects. The chosen person will ensure quality control on every project, working closely with the design team to refine installations. An additional aspect of the role is to foster talent, promoting growth and retention within the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team in home staging, interior design, moving, film production, event planning, or a related hands-on industry. They also require excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. Having a valid driver's license is essential as they need to have the ability to operate a box truck, along with the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.

The job is full-time with pay ranging between $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. The hours expected to work are around 40 to 50 per week.
