Aura Home, a boutique home staging company based in the San Francisco Bay Area, is looking for a creative and motivated Home Stager Designer. Their speciality is modern, elegant and neutral interiors that enhance properties and help accelerate sales. They need someone reliable and creative, potentially transitioning from part-time to a full-time role, based on performance and organizational needs.

The new joiner will be responsible for a range of tasks. They will take the helm on staging projects, managing every stage and overseeing the team. They’ll design homes, selecting furniture and décor to highlight the property’s best features. Quality assurance and problem-solving are equally vital as they will ensure each project meets the company’s design standards and capably handle any unforeseen issues. Their role further extends to logistics, organizing delivery and installation for staging projects, cleaning up and preparing for new projects.

Required qualifications include a valid driver’s license along with reliable transportation. The right candidate will have a sharp eye for home décor and interior design, the ability to handle heavy furniture, and the ability to work well under pressure. They should be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a flexible schedule.

Although not required, any experience in home staging, interior design, or real estate, basic knowledge of tools or light furniture assembly, and social media or content creation skills would be advantageous.

The position offers hourly payment ranging from $30.00 – $35.00 based on previous experience, scheduled as an 8-hour shift. There is also potential for growth within the company. The role is part-time and based in Hayward, CA. It requires in-person work.
