This is a full-time, commission-based job opportunity located in Orange County, California. The potential employer is a premier home staging company based in Southern California, primarily serving the Los Angeles area. They’re passionate about providing top-notch home staging services to help clients sell their homes rapidly for the best possible price. They’re currently on the hunt for a Sales Dynamo possessing Home Design experience to come on board as a Home Stylist. Person filling this role would convey the benefits of staging to realtors and homeowners, while also staging homes across Los Angeles. They’ll be in charge of their own schedules and client relationships, with the main aim of clinching sales and hitting revenue goals.

Their tasks would include executing in-person and virtual consults with clients to understand their staging needs, creating staging proposals and pricing for clients, and negotiating the costs and conditions. They would also work closely with the warehouse team to choose and install staging furniture and decor. They’ll have the full responsibility of managing the staging process from beginning to end, making sure all timelines are met. They’ll also have weekly sales meetings and monthly networking events to attend, with the objective of meeting, if not exceeding, monthly sales targets.

The right candidate for this role should have a proven history of generating successful sales and a comprehensive understanding of the sales process. They should be an enthusiastic team participant with a deep-seated ambition for success. Full-time availability is a must, which includes attending one sales meeting per week and one evening networking event per month. They should be dependable, be able to maintain the company image, and possess a valid driver’s license along with reliable transportation.
