The company is on the hunt for a high-energy and sales-driven individual with experience in home design to join their team as a Home Stylist. The Home Stylist has the task of spreading the value of home staging to both realtors and homeowners, staging homes across Los Angeles. The role entails managing their own timetables and fostering relationships with clients, all while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities for this position include conducting face-to-face and virtual client consultations to evaluate their staging needs. Also, developing staging proposals for clients, negotiating rates and terms, and working alongside the warehouse team selecting and installing the appropriate staging furniture and décor. The Home Stylist will own the entire staging process, making sure all deadlines are met, take part in weekly sales meetings and attend networking events once a month.

The ideal candidate should have a history of sales success and a solid understanding of the sales process. They should be an enthusiastic team member with a strong desire to succeed. This full-time role requires attendance at a weekly sales meeting and a monthly evening networking event. A professional with a presentable appearance who can uphold the company image. The role requires dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

It pays at a starting rate of $35.00 per hour, from which there are opportunities for growth. The compensation is based on commissions, and the job offers a flexible working schedule. It also offers various benefits like 401(k), 401(k) matching, bonus opportunities alongside the commission. The working schedule varies around an 8-hour shift. Work will be done in person, not remote.
