The company is now in search of a Sales Dynamo who has experience in Home Design to become a part of their team as a Home Stylist. In this role, the Home Stylist will be tasked with explaining the advantages of staging to realtors and homeowners and carrying out the staging of homes in Los Angeles. The responsibilities include managing one’s own work schedule and relationships with clients with the end goal of concluding sales and hitting revenue targets.
The key duties of the position include carrying out physical and virtual client consultations to ascertain staging needs, creating staging proposals and client quotations, negotiating on pricing and conditions, collaborating with the warehouse crew to pick and set up staging furniture and decor, taking charge of the entire staging process to ensure deadlines are met, attending weekly sales meetings and monthly networking gatherings, and achieving or going beyond monthly sales targets.
The qualifications necessary for this role include a demonstrated history of successful sales closing and knowledge of the sales process, being an energetic team player with a keen drive for success, being available for full-time employment which includes one weekly sales meeting and one monthly evening networking event, being presentable and capable of maintaining the company image, and having reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
