They are looking for a reliable team member to take on the role of a Full-Time Staging Assistant.

The chosen candidate will provide valuable support to the Lead Stager.

The role covers a range of tasks in administrative duties and personal assistant tasks.

The work covers the San Francisco Bay Area, including places like Marin, SF, Mid-Peninsula and the East Bay.

Operating hours generally start at 7:30am, but can sometimes begin earlier or end later. Weekends might also be involved.

The Staging Assistant will be expected to assist with a variety of activities during stages. This may include selections and preparations of furniture and decor, as well as operational matters.

The role also entails on-site activities. These can involve arranging furniture following a floor plan, arranging decor, bed making, cleaning, touch ups and hanging items.

A significant part of the role is running different errands. These can include tasks like picking up keys or returning to previously staged properties for alterations or removals.

The Staging Assistant will be responsible for ensuring all accessories are properly wrapped and ready for transport. This task will also require helping with loading and unloading lightweight furniture, large pieces of artwork, and storage bins from vehicles and trucks.

Completing and preparing the stage and de-stage bins for projects will also be a major responsibility. The Staging Assistant will need to work within firm timelines to ensure every staging project is completed in a timely manner.

The role also includes several administrative duties. Creating marketing plans, such as monthly newsletters and daily posts on Instagram is part of the job.

Creating and ordering marketing materials, including promotional materials, business cards and ‘leave behinds’ is another vital function. Keeping the warehouse tidy and organized, barcoding furniture, decor, art, bedding, and more using the company’s Inventory Management System is also part of the job.

The Staging Assistant will also act as a Personal Assistant and may need to help the owners with personal tasks. These could include running personal errands, picking up children, and handling owners’ schedules.

Appropriate qualifications for the role include a current driver’s license, a good driving record and reliable transportation. The candidate should maintain a positive attitude and have a proven ability to succeed. They should also have sharp attention to detail, can focus on project completion, and have professional communication skills.

Being calm under pressure and adapting to changes in the daily environment is essential.

The candidate should work well in a professional, team-oriented, deadline-driven setting.

Taking ownership of performance and understanding how it contributes to the company’s overall success is also important.

The candidate should be open to receiving coaching that will ensure efficiency across all departments.

The role requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The job types can be Full-time or Part-time.

The yearly pay is between $50,000.00 and $60,000.00.
