They are on the hunt for a hardworking staging assistant who is inflamed with a passion for design and eager to integrate into a dynamic, artistic, and fast-paced environment. This individual will work side by side with the instrumental design, project management, and senior team in crafting staged homes.

The position is perfectly tailored for those who hold prior experience in home staging or have a background in interior design, and are keen to learn, expand their skills, and be able to work independently on the long run. Individuals in this role are expected to partake in every segment of the staging process – from warehouse preparation to on-site installations and walkthroughs, playing a vital role in the flawless and attractive execution of every project.

The staging assistant will be responsible for the preparation, styling, and installation of residential staging projects. They will assist in transforming spaces through strategic placement of furniture, artwork, accessories, and décor. Staging accessories and inventory need to be packed and unpacked by the assistant; they also have to coordinate logistics of furniture movement with movers and team members.

The assistant will support the lead designer during walk-throughs and client meetings, maintain organization of warehouse and staging inventory, prepare staging items before installation days, and ensure all staged properties meet company quality standards. They will be hands-on at job sites throughout Orange County and assist with light interior design tasks when required. Their role also involves taking the initiative to keep projects moving efficiently on installation days.

A background in home staging, interior design, or a related field is preferred. The individual must have a passion for design paired with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, and dependable transportation for travel anywhere within Orange County. They must also be comfortable working in a warehouse and on active job sites, demonstrate a robust work ethic, a positive attitude, a team mindset, and the capability to grow into leading installations independently. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must, along with flexibility and availability Monday to Friday.
