The Concord, CA office is looking to hire a full-time Home Staging Coordinator, ideally someone who is enthusiastic about interior design, organization, and bringing out the best in homes for the market. The new addition will be working daily alongside the owner, staging supervisor, warehouse team, and front office.
The role requires being in the office and the applicant should be passionate about making each property enhance its appeal through remarkable staging. The job involves choosing furniture and décor which matches each property while adhering to the company’s vision and standards.
The successful applicant will possess an innate sense of how to place furniture for optimal workflow and aesthetic appeal, blending colors, fabrics, and textures for an inviting feel. They will also have to keep up with the latest design trends and integrate them into staging plans.
The Home Staging Coordinator will manage all tasks leading up to the staging of a home from the Concord office. This includes planning, scheduling, and internal coordinating. The role also involves writing clear and professional client proposals, accurately calculating invoices while keeping abreast with the property’s specific staging needs.
Prompt and professional communication with real estate agents about readiness, scheduling, proposals, and updates is vital. Working in close collaboration with the front office and warehouse teams is also important to ensure smooth project flow. The successful candidate will also assist in the general coordination of in-office projects, scheduling, and follow-up as necessary.
Qualifications and skills required include a minimum of 3 to 5 years of design experience, preferably in interior design. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, high levels of organization, and a flair for warm and inviting interior design. The ability to work independently in a team environment and under deadlines is necessary, along with excellent time management and problem-solving capabilities. Microsoft Suite proficiency is also expected.
